Adobe MAX is a conference where, like, 10,000 nerdy art losers go to a place and learn more nerdy art shit to keep being lame. Sponsors (including MOO®, Canon®, and Adobe®, of course) often hand out items willy-nilly to enforce the Law of Reciprocity. Due to my current, ahem, unfortunate standings with my bank account (we were in a fight that month; it wouldn't talk to me), I took these 3 free sample books and did the thing I've always wanted to do —
Collaborative Art with Strangers.
I don't know what to name it, I'm thinking something like blend, fuse, unify, your mom... I suppose if... when these books make it back to me, they might have something within them that can inspire the title.
I can't directly correlate my conception of this to anything, but I'm sure on a subconscious level it was inspired by PostSecret, Banksy, and probably my personal way of lashing out to the part of my character that wants to suffocate me with my own secrets.
